US Disputes Boutique Names New Partner
Alex Bedrosyan's elevation to partner at Lewis Baach Kaufmann Middlemiss was highlighted in a recent edition of Global Arbitration Review.
The publication noted that Bedrosyan was promoted from associate to partner after three years at LBKM's Washington, DC headquarters and described his focus on arbitration, commercial litigation, and public international matters across industries including banking, energy, and mining.
"He is currently defending a Saudi Arabian entity in a London-seated ICC arbitration brought by a Cayman entity, and helping a US client prepare an ICDR-AA claim over the provision of financial services. He is also acting in arbitration-related proceedings before the US courts."
