Cristián Francos appointed as Senior Vice Chair of the International Bar Association's Business Crime Committee

LBKM is pleased to announce that the International Bar Association (IBA) has appointed partner Cristián Francos as Senior Vice Chair of its Business Crime Committee for a two-year term.
The IBA Business Crime Committee's primary objective is to provide a forum for members to meet and discuss, address and advocate on core and recently developing white collar issues, as well as to promote awareness within the business community and among transactional lawyers of the growing significance of novel criminal defense tactics. The Committee has recently focused on trends of international cooperation in criminal matters.
